Come hear about the latest in search from renowned librarian and search expert, Gary Price. Gary will also discuss his unusual path as a non-traditional librarian.

Newly appointed as the Director of Online Information Resources for Ask Jeeves, Inc., Gary was formerly a reference librarian at George Washington University and currently operates his own consulting service, Gary Price Library & Internet Research Consulting. Gary is the editor and compiler of ResourceShelf, a daily electronic newsletter featuring news and other resources of interest to online researchers; news editor of Search Engine Watch; a contributor to Searcher magazine; co-author of The Invisible Web: Uncovering Information Sources Search Engines Can’t See; and a frequent speaker at professional and trade conferences. The Special Libraries Association awarded Gary the Innovations in Technology Award in 2002; the Agnes Henebry Roll of Honor Award was given to him in 2004 by the News Division of SLA.
