Volunteers Needed for Public Library Association in March

Dear GSLIS students,

On behalf of the local arrangements committee of the Planning committee for the PLA conference, I am requesting volunteers for the PLA conference that will be held in Boston. Volunteers should be familiar with city surroundings. In exchange for your service, you will be able to attend the opening and closing sessions, the exhibits, all conference reception at BPL and the Massachusetts reception sponsored by Simmons GSLIS and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

If you are interested, please email gsdean@simmons.edu, to register your interest in volunteering. We will compile a list and forward it to the local arrangements committee. You will then be contacted by someone in early March.
