Susanne Belovari, the Archivist for Reference and Collections at Tufts University, will be giving a lecture next Tuesday, April 25th at 5pm in the Main Campus Building room C103. She will be discussing her work as Archivist and Historian for Holocaust Victims’ Information and Support Center for the Jewish Community of Vienna, Austria (IKG).

There she developed an archives framework for the future IKG Archives, processed and cataloged about 95% of newly found National Socialist relevant historical documents, coordinated and prepared microfilming projects in Vienna and Jerusalem with the USHMM (United States Holocaust Memorial Museum), researched restitution issues, and collaborated in the first successful real estate case before the General Settlement Fund.

Susanne will also be presenting this lecture at SAA and BAJS this summer
