Coming Sunday, September 24!

Believe it or not, TOR II can be fun, and it won’t take as long as you think to complete.

In fact, if you bring along some of your own ideas and an image or two (electronic or print), you may even be able to complete your Web page Sunday and load it on the web.

We will be using free software that will allow you to create .pdf (Portable Document Format) files and move your files to the Web server using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). If you have a wireless laptop, please bring it along and we’ll get the software you need installed. (The software is from safe sources and is recommended by the Tech Lab.)

This is a two-part workshop covering PowerPoint and .pdf in one session and HTML and FTP in the other. Each session will be offered once in the morning and once in the afternoon. They are not cumulative, so feel free to do HTML in the morning and PowerPoint in the afternoon.

Schedule for Sunday, September 24:
PowerPoint | 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
HTML and FTP | 10:45 AM - Noon

Afternoon schedule:
PowerPoint | 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
HTML and FTP | 2:15 PM - 3:30 PM

Advance registration is not required. See you Sunday!
