Petition to Graduate Due Nov. 8

Petitions to graduate for all students planning to complete the GSLIS program in January, May, or August 2007 must be submitted to the GSLIS Administrative Office (room P111) by Wednesday, November 8, 2006. You may also fax the form to 617-521-3192 or mail it to: GSLIS Admission, 300 The Fenway, Boston, MA 01225, Attn: Graduation.

This is the final call for petitions from January graduates (people who are finishing the program in fall 2006). If you do not submit a petition by November 8, your graduation date may be delayed.

Any student who is planning to finish the program in May or August 2007 but is unsure should submit the petition regardless. If your graduation date changes, please submit a new petition with the new graduation date.

If you have already submitted a petition and received confirmation, you do not need to submit another one.
