Not taking classes this summer?

Students who will not be taking classes this summer are considered to be on a leave of absence from GSLIS for the term. If this applies to you, you must fill out a Future Plans form indicating the term in which you plan to return to the program.

Failure to notify the program of non-enrollment may result in inability to access email, library, and other Simmons resources, as well as automatic withdrawal from the program.

The Future Plans form should be filled out for any and all terms in which a student does not plan to enroll. The form can be downloaded at http://my.simmons.edu/gslis/resources/forms/forms.shtml. The form can be returned to the front desk in the P111 Suite or faxed to 617-521-3192.
