Opening at Manchester City Library (Librarian III - Head of Technology)

The Manchester City Library currently has an opening for a Librarian III - Head of Technology.
This position is responsible for overseeing the technological and equipment needs of the Manchester City Library. Job duties include evaluating and implementing technology, website maintenance, training for patrons and staff on current and new technologies, maintenance of city and library network, collection development, programming, outreach and supervision of division staff. Member of the library administrative team. Masters of Library Science from an ALA accredited program required as well as five years of progressively more responsible library experience. Supervisory experience required.
Starting salary is $45,318.90 plus full benefits. Nights and weekends are required.
