Petition to Graduate - 8/07, 1/08 & 5/08 Grads

Petitions to graduate must be submitted to the GSLIS Administrative Office (room P111) according to the below timeline:

FINAL CALL for August 2007 graduates
by Monday, July 16, 2007

January 2008 graduates (coursework completed fall 2007)
by Monday, September 10, 2007

May 2008 graduates
by Monday, October 1, 2007

You may also fax the form to 617-521-3192 or mail it to:

May 2008 graduates must submit the form by the above deadline in order to receive priority registration for spring 2008 on AARC. Those who are unsure of their graduation plans should submit the petition with their anticipated term of completion. If your graduation date changes, please submit a new petition with the new graduation date.

If you have already submitted a petition and received confirmation, you do not need to submit another one.
