GENERAL SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: Reporting to the Associate Director for Education, Outreach, and Research Services, this position is part of a team environment, responsible for promoting services and resources; developing and presenting lectures/workshops; staying current with the technologies supporting instruction and managing information; selecting and developing content; and contributing to the profession locally, regionally, and nationally.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promotes Library resources and services Develops liaison support to academic departments Applies current technologies to instruction and customer services Participates as developer and instructor in Library training programs May perform other job-related duties as required or requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ALA-accredited Master’s Degree in Library Science Three years of relevant job experience

STARTING SALARY: $40,000.
