Part Time Periodicals Asst. @ Beatley Library

The Periodical Department at the Beatley Library is looking for a Graduate Student worker for the Fall semester.

Job Description:

• Pick up daily mail from College Mail Room.
• Check in serials using Millennium system.
• Process and shelve journals.
• Maintain current periodical display.
• Update OPAC records as needed.
• Prepare serials for binding; update records in serials check-in system.
• Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Special projects.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about serials management and systems.

Hours are flexible (10-20 during school the semester. The position starts the first week of September.
