Regulatory Information Coordinator, Genzyme Corporation

This Regulatory opportunity is for the newly created position of Regulatory Affairs Information Coordinator - Regulatory Operations Central Files. The position will be responsible for supporting the RA Central Files (department library) functions in Genzyme’s Cambridge Office. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and managing official Regulatory correspondence. This will include original cataloging and library processing at a pre-professional level.
  • Supporting local RA staff with Central Files, IRiS, and Livelink (document management) data entry, scanning and management
  • Position will require 10-15% of travel to other Genzyme offices, educational programs, agency meetings, etc.

Skills - Document and records management. Accuracy and attention to detail. Facility with databases and proficiency with MS Office applications. Experience with scanning. Experience with information architecture or controlled metadata desirable. Regulatory experience or the desire to learn Regulatory desirable.
