Reference/ Information Technology Librarian
Under the supervision of the Senior Reference Librarian, the incumbent participates in the organization and the administration of all reference services. Provides reference service to Tribal Members, Tribal Departments, Museum Staff, Museum Fellows and the general public. MLS from an ALA-accredited program. Additional graduate work in Native American Studies, Anthropology or related field desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of research methods and library resources, both traditional and electronic; strong computer skills in the use of an integrated library system, online resources, and standard productivity software. Must be highly flexible and service-oriented. Strong knowledge of current electronic information services and technologies; excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; superior customer service skills and strong commitment to user satisfaction.
