Title: Temporary Visual Resources Cataloging Assistant

School/Unit: Harvard Graduate School of Design

Department: Visual Resources, Frances Loeb Library

Location: Cambridge

Hours: 25-30 hours/week (within M-F, 8.30a - 5p)

Pay: $15.00/hour

Three month position to start immediately.

Position available to assist in visual resources collection that focuses on architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning & design. The main job duty is cataloging digital images and 35mm slides into a shared relational database under the supervision of full-time staff. In addition, assistant may be asked to help provide basic reference and instruction to users.

Background or strong interest in the subject area and some library experience preferred.
