Stratford Library seeks a creative and innovative individual to join our Management Team as Head of Information Technology Services. This individual has primary responsibility for the planning and coordination of technology applications for the library.

Specific duties include supervision of staff performing acquisitions, catalog/processing, serials and technical support activities; network systems administration, professional cataloging, related budgetary functions and reference desk duties.

Applicants must have a M.L.S. from an ALA-accredited institution, 3 to– 5 years supervisory experience, 3 to– 5 years technical services experience, a demonstrated familiarity with current technology trends and experience with system administration of an ILS (familiarity with SirsiDynix Horizon ILS highly desirable). Starting salary range $60,000 - $65,000 commensurate upon experience. Some evening/weekend hours required. Excellent benefits, EOE.
