This is a 4 week freelance assignment and ideally would involve 30 hours a week on-site. $30-$40/hour

Ideally the candidate will have 3-5 years min experience in Library Sciences

The process entails this person conducting the following:

• Review our current design and taxonomy set up of our video library (media content 700+ videos archived)
• Meet with a handful of internal folks/key players at the company to discuss and evaluate:
• SVP Production and Content
• SVP Innovation
• VP, Biz Dev
• Content Manager
• Senior Sales Executive
• CEO

• VP, Sales

• Design a new taxonomy for our video library for our historical content and future content

• Think about potential growth a year from now, and how the library of videos will grow (exponentially) so that we are not reinventing the wheel 9 months from now
• Create and write a guide as to how to use the new methodology

The website http://www.50lessons.com will help folks to better understand the videos and content. We will need the areas catalogued if you will for searches, by topic areas and create ones for the following:

• Gender
• Industry
• Age group
• Location

The goal here is to make it easier to search the database and to find content.

The # of weeks we need this candidate to work on the project is approx 4-5 weeks:

• 7-10 days to evaluate the current organization of the videos/current taxonomy
• 7-10 days for redesign
• 1 week for creation and writing up of new methodology to be used
• Meet the internal team/stake holders at the Company
