Curriculum Revision: Status of Courses
The following is a list of each of the classes in the GSLIS curriculum and the decisions made about them by the faculty beginning with the 2004-2005 academic year. Most changes below went into effect in Fall 2005; changes made since then are noted below with the date of vote included. Also in September, all courses that were four credits became three-credit courses. (Students who entered the program prior to Fall 2005 have the option of remaining in the four credit system.)
To see the complete list of courses with changes including new course descriptions, please go to my.simmons.edu/gslis/courses/descriptions/; for information on the new courses that will be offered beginning with the 2005-2006 academic year, please see my.simmons.edu/gslis/courses/curriculum/new.shtml.
