| Calendar: February not displaying on clicking next | (1/30/2009) In the Events Calendar view, February is not being displayed (the Calendar goes from January to March). The events can be accessed from this address for now: https://portal.simmons.edu/calendar?year=2009&month=2 (The header will still say March.) This incident appear to occur when days in current month exceeds days in next month. | Severe | Resolved |

| File bug in Groups | (10/20/2008) Currently, if a file is uploaded in Groups, anyone using Internet Explorer (IE) cannot download the file. Until the bug is fixed, please change your Internet Explorer preferences: go to the Tools Menu, select Internet Options, then select Advanced and click on "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". | Severe | Resolved |
| Forum Topic Bug | (8/4/2008) When a user edits a previously created forum topic, the entire topic (and all comments made to that topic) may appear to be deleted. While the data is preserved in the database, it is inaccessible via the web interface. | Mild | Resolved |
| Closed Group Usability Issue | (8/6/2008) In "Groups," the web interface shows the option to invite guests to a "closed group." However, members may only be added to a closed group by the group manager. The interface will be updated to hide this option for closed groups to eliminate confusion. | Mild | Resolved |
| My Account Bug | (8/7/2008) Some user's email addresses were not transferred into the MySimmons Portal due to a script error. An attempt to edit "My Account" details fails for these users as an email address is required. The email import script error has been corrected and the script re-run to resolve this issue. However, for about 100 users who were logged into the Portal during this time, the error will persist until they logout and log back in. | Mild | Resolved |
| Formatting Bug | (8/21/2008) URLs (e.g., http://www.simmons.edu) are automatically turned into clickable links by the Portal. However, the system will include any characters that touch the URL, such as a comma, period or dash, and include those characters in the HTML for the link. This causes the link to fail to work as expected. The workaround is to ensure there are no characters touching a URL. So, avoid writing www.simmons.edu. Instead, write www.simmons.edu . (<- note the extra space between the URL and the period) | Mild | Resolved |
