Library Group Study Rooms Now Open
Posted May 28, 2006
Three group study rooms are now available in the Library for use by Simmons students! These offer groups of two to six students the opportunity to work collaboratively in technology-equipped spaces on Level 1 of the Library.
Students can reserve a room up to one week in advance at the Circulation/Reserves Desk, which is on Level I of the Library or call 617.521.2786.
Rooms can be reserved for up to three hours per day.
A reserved room will be held for up to fifteen minutes after the reservation period begins before the room becomes available for another group to reserve.
Note: when all library renovations are completed in summer 2007, the number of 14 group study rooms available for students will increase from 3 to 14!
Note: Faculty and staff wishing to reserve meeting space should contact Conferences and Special Events
