Related Experience: Building Your Resume, Your Network, and Your Community

Learn how to beef up your resume and increase your job prospects through volunteer and internship opportunities. Both new grads and current students from all Simmons programs are invited to this workshop.

Date: Wednesday, June 21
Time: 1-3pm
Location: Career Resource Library, P304E (Palace Road Building)

Speakers will include:
-Jeremy Poehnert, Assistant Director of Service Learning
-Eileen Seman, Associate Director of Volunteers, Alumnae/i Relations
-Kelly Jo Woodside, Librarian for Career Resources

This session will include a peer support discussion on job-seeking and post-graduation concerns, as well as time for refreshments and networking.

“Related Experience” is part of the Transitions: Classroom to Career program, produced by the Miller/Knopf Career Resource Library and funded by a Centennial Grant from the Alumnae Association of Simmons College. Transitions is designed especially for new graduates, but all members of the Simmons community are welcome to attend.
