The Mab Segrest event is brought Simmons by the Simmons Institute for Leadership and Change, Connecting Simmons to the Community and the Community to Simmons and Community Change, Inc., a Boston-based organization which promotes racial justice and equity by challenging systemic racism and acting as a catalyst for antiracist action and learning. With a special focus on involving white people in understanding and challenging systemic racism, CCI strives to make visible the foundational and ongoing role racism plays in the structure and the impact of the institutions that shape all of our lives.
Suggested donation for the Mab Segrets event is $20, more if you can less if you can’t. Proceeds to benefit Community Change - your support is much needed and greatly appreciated. The event is free for Simmons students.
