Understanding Our Diversity: Resources from the Library

As we all struggle to cope with and combat expressions of hate at Simmons and in our society, the Library invites you to visit us for more information on diversity and community understanding:

  • Check out our book display in the Beatley Library Living Room on diversity issues in higher education and multiculturalism in America. Titles in the display discuss the history and challenges of both, and suggest strategies for understanding and embracing diversity in our communities.
  • Visit our Research Guides on topics such as Multiculturalism, Religion, Race and Ethnicity, and other relevant topics:
  • Talk to a librarian about other resources in our collections and accessible via the Simmons Library
