CareerNow! Blog: The New Year - Looking Back and Getting Ahead

The start of a New Year presents a nice opportunity to assess the past years’ accomplishments and get organized for the upcoming year. Some tips in a recent article by John Borchardt include:

  • Review what you’ve accomplished in 2008 and list your accomplishments.
  • Consider what strengths and resources you have but did not exploit in 2008.
  • Identify abilities you need to strengthen.
  • Set Goals at your job and personally.
