Due to recent changes in federal regulations for tracking diversity statistics, including a new standard definition of a job “applicant,” internet job seekers will have to more diligent with their applications. To be sure you are still considered for jobs you find online now, note of the advice in this article: follow the company’s instructions, spell out your qualifications clearly, and keep your resume up-to-the-minute current.
