Associate Deputy Director for Intelligence discusses careers and workplace diversity at the Agency
Carmen Medina is the CIA’s Associate Deputy Director for Intelligence. In this interview, she discusses CIA efforts to promote a more diverse workforce and the agency’s efforts to harvest this diversity into sharper intelligence. Medina also discusses options for students wanting to become involved with the CIA.
