This article by Los Angeles Times reporter Tyler Green comments of the growing trend of women working as museum director across the nation. Green highlights some of these women’s comments and experiences while reaching the top, such as being hesitant to pursue these posts for feel that they were being recruited as “token women,” and describes how the field has changed during their time.
