At the request of WSJ.com, four students kept a diary of their experiences working for law firms during the summer. In this article, they talk about their anxieties, the need to fit in, the new technologies they saw, the litigation, the lunches, the hectic schedules, the chances to prove themselves, and, of course, the perks.
