If you are between jobs and considering temporary employment, consider that while a temp job situation might not be ideal, it can be a good decision in the long term. The obvious benefit will be receiving a pay check, but also consider that if a position were to open up in that company, you would have a good chance of getting the job, since employers like to hire people whose performance they already know.
