When looking for employment, odds are you’ll be using the internet. Why not use it better? This article discusses strategies for online job searches including how to hunt and how to take advantage of “aggregators” and networking sites. For example, using the “advanced job search” tool on most job boards “lets users combine and exclude terms to get more targeted results.” The author also provides a range of clever tips to increase an applicant’s chance of getting an interview, such as getting around “blind” employments ads where an employer’s name isn’t given to find a contact.
