Career advancement is usually self-propelled, and this article suggests following the business model and creating a career vision statement as a useful first step on the career ladder. The vision statement should be concise and serve as a guide for future education, training, and career planning. This article was written specifically for the quality industry, but it offers a great plan for creating one’s career vision statement and managing one’s own (professional) destiny.
