This article focuses on an increase in the use of video resumes by job seekers. While it discusses video resumes in general regardless of format, the article pays special attention to Google Inc.’s YouTube, and Google Video. There is a discussion of the disadvantages and advantages of using the resumes, and of several companies who are accepting them, as well as some amusing cautionary tales.
