Fortune online at CNNMoney.com

(Also noted in Boston Works Job Blog, January 11, 2007:

Fortune annually determines the best companies based on many criteria: number of new-hires in the past year, average salaries, benefits offered, and the extent of diversity in the workplace. Top ten companies this year include Google, Whole Foods Market, and Boston Consulting Group. Other valuable information such as company size, number of job applicants for the previous year, rate of turnover, and whether or not a company’s nondiscrimination policy includes sexual orientation is provided. Along with the list, there are many links to articles about the winning companies’ corporate cultures, what they expect from their employees, and much more. The list certainly makes for interesting reading and just may lead the reader to her dream job.
For further information on Fortune’s top 100 or other companies, visit the company and industry research page in our eLibrary at http://my.simmons.edu/library/collections/career/industryresearch.shtml.
