Interested in a career in the pharmaceutical industry? AstraZeneca plans to expand its Waltham facility and add up to 100 jobs, bringing the workforce to more than 500. Most of the new positions will be researchers working on antibacterial drugs. The London based company has been operating in the Boston area for the past 10 years and has been growing steadily. Other pharmaceutical companies in the area include Novartis and Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Use the link above to view the full article discussing the expansion.
