“Standing Out in a Sea of CVs; Results a Key to Getting Resume Noticed”

Recruiters and potential employers are flooded by a sea of resumes for any posted position. This article suggests that to make your CV float to the top of the pile, you should include your achievements (or “results”) in addition to your responsibilities from each of your past jobs. Experts offer tips to help discover and display these past successes, including being confident about presenting your accomplishments, using a “performance checklist” and performance evaluations to remember these accomplishments, and citing any recognitions you have received from an employer.
