This article offers some helpful tips for boosting the chances of your online resume being seen while avoiding the sneaky tactics that are ultimately counterproductive, despite being pretty clever. One tip is to use terms that mimic the language of the job post in your resume to maximize keyword hits. Another is that if there are several ways to describe the jobs you’ve held, include as many as possible to make sure that a recruiter doing a search on just one term will find you.
