This interview with author and entrepreneur Margaret Heffernan offers her thoughts about the difference between female and male entrepreneurs. In her opinion, women in business place a greater emphasis on a company’s values and culture. They are also good at improvisation and more likely to ask for help. Heffernan believes that over the past 15 years, since she has been in the business, women have gained more confidence in their roles as business leaders.
