“Power @ Work: Understanding Power in the Workplace”
In today’s corporate America, women of color hold many managerial and professional positions; however, only a few have managed to climb to the top rungs of their organizations. On Thursday, May 17, 2007, from 2-3 PM, author and lawyer Jessica Faye Parker will host a webinar, which is an interactive online seminar, related to this issue. The goal of this workshop is to help women of color overcome barriers by developing their understanding and use of power in the workplace. Participants will learn helpful tips, strategies, and information about the topic, which they can apply in their own careers.
