Sometimes you just want to quit your job. But how do you know if it’s really a good idea or if it’s just an impulsive response to a bad day? The key is to understand what your behavioral characteristics are and how they affect your actions. This article discusses three generalized groups of people: Rabbits, who are scared of change; Searchers, who get restless too easily; and Pragmatists, who look at their work situation realistically. The author advocates for knowing what sort of person you are so you don’t let it control your future and for how best to determine if a job is still right for you.
