The problem with work is that you only get so much time off. But then the problem with not working is that you’re broke and can’t enjoy the time on your hands. Many people want more than their normally allotted vacation time in order to pursue activities of personal importance. The following article suggests ways of working with your employer to meet both of your needs. Essential to your success is honesty about your requirements and flexibility to create a solution that accommodates your employer.
