The value of continuing education for workers in any field is immeasurable. For MBA holders, like so many other professionals, staying up to date with the latest industry trends, business reforms, and technological advances is a must.
In this article, a case study is presented of a woman executive who, feeling a need to update her skills set, found her needs met by the brand-new Renaissance Post-MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Illinois. The three-week program accepts applications from those who earned their MBA at least ten years ago. The first two weeks cover many legal and logistical issues pertaining to the global economy while a third week in the fall concentrates on leadership skills.
Also mentioned in the article are similar programs at other business schools and various ways to pay for them without breaking the bank. Read the article to learn how various individuals in post-MBA programs benefited from the experience.
