Ten Ways to Lose Friends and Alienate Coworkers By Caroline Levchuck. Yahoo! HotJobs
This article provides a humorous yet realistic take on the don’ts of contemporary office etiquettes. While the central focus of a job is the work itself, the social environment can greatly contribute to your success and enjoyment in the position, and avoiding the behaviors on this list, as trivial as they may seem, could help maintain positive relationships with your work peers and supervisors. This article lists a range of negative office behaviors, including, eating stinky snacks, pumping up the volume (music and/or voice), not attending company gatherings, and taking super-long lunches.
