Columnist Tamekia Reece, in her recent Career World article, tackles the oft-forgotten (but always crucial) step of preparing the list of references for the job interviews. This preparation includes more than compiling a list of names and (accurate! ) contact information, but also doing some work before the list is handed to the potential employer.
