Women in tech jobs unhappy with supervisors
Although there is a increased presence of women in the technology jobs, and those working in these jobs say they are currently happier than they have been in the past, journalist Shannon Klie writes in the Canadian HR Reporter that several persistent barriers still exist for women in the high tech workplace. Such barriers include a lack of role models, not having a mentor, and being excluded from important networks of decision makers.
