Has being ambitious, motivated, powerful, or determined caused people to use the infamous b word about you? Then you may want to check out am.BITCH.ous by Debra Condren. The mission of this book is to “reclaim ambition as a virtue” and to make sure that no woman is unfairly labeled for being confident and looking towards the top in the workplace.
The author reminds her readers that am.BITCH.ous is not a negative word. An am.BITCH.ous woman is:
- A woman who makes more money
- Has more power
- Gets the recognition she deserves
- Has the determination to go after her dreams and can do it with integrity
