Irene McDermott from the journal Searcher, provides a compilation of links for the aspiring librarians looking for a professional position. You are probably familiar with most of these websites – but if you are not, this a great resource that centralizes the most relevant links for the aspiring and current librarians.
All the websites include a short descriptive annotation and the author has also added a number of social networking websites that one should keep in mind and use when looking for a job.
For more resources for Library and Information Science students and alumni, click through our LIS Career Guide, and check out the CRL’s eLibrary.
