Thesis & Dissertation Guidelines
The Simmons Library and College Archives collect theses and dissertations completed by students as part of the educational requirements for master’s and doctoral degrees. These works are important to Simmons College, reflecting the strength and innovation of its students, and are valuable to researchers and scholars. These guidelines will assist students, staff, and faculty with the preparation of theses and dissertations for submission to the Simmons Library and College Archives.

Deposit & Access Statement and Non-Exclusive Deposit License
These forms are be completed and accompany the submission of a thesis, dissertation, or other scholarly work to the Archives and/or Library collections, including SCHOLAR (the Simmons College Digial Repository).

User Registration Form
This form is to be completed by all visiting researchers to the College Archives.

Photoduplication Policy
This policy provides guidance on requesting reproductions of materials from the College Archives. It includes information on types of services and charges and fees, and policies on copyright, permission to publish, and photograph alteration.
