- When you have successfully booked a room, you'll get a "Success!" page. Either print the page, or make a note of the room number. This is helpful when you check in for your booking.
- Check in for your booking. Come to the Circulation/Reserves desk in the library and request to check in for your group study room booking. Give your room number to the student at the desk, or we can look it up for you. You will receive a check-in card with room use policy and guidelines, and checking in for your room serves as your consent to comply with these terms. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN FOR YOUR ROOM RESERVATION, YOUR RESERVATION IS VOID and the room becomes available to other students.
- Check out when you’re done! Be sure to return the check-in card to the Circulation/Reserves Desk when you’re finished.
Please be considerate of your fellow students and cancel any reservations that you know you will not use. Also please try to book a room appropriate to your needs – if you don’t need media playback, projection or a camera, book a “Network Access Only” room.
