Marketing
The Marketing Department is responsible for increasing awareness of the College, positioning Simmons as a premier, small university in the heart of Boston and attracting students to the undergraduate and five graduate programs. The staff uses their strategic skills and creative expertise to implement online marketing campaigns for prospective students; to recruit the undergraduate class; to develop brand and call-to-action advertising; and to design and produce a wide range of publications including admissions publications for prospective students and parents, the SIMMONS Magazine for alums and the In the Loop newsletter for faculty & staff. There are five teams within the marketing department, organized around online marketing, the web office, undergraduate admissions, communications & public relations, and admissions publications.Cheryl Howard, Vice President for Marketing
