International Student Life
Simmons College has welcomed international students from around the world since the early 1920s. Our community is comprised of students from more than 55 countries. With Boston as an extended campus, Simmons students have an incredible variety of cultural, social, and academic opportunities. We are here to help you make the most of your Simmons experience.
Simmons has a number of student organizations with a cultural focus including the International Student Association, the Asian Student Association, OLA (Organizacion Latinoamericana), Caribbean Culture Association, Black Student Organization, and the Muslim Student Association. Stop by the Office of Student Life or Student Activities for more information.
Studying abroad can be exciting, exhilarating and challenging all at the same time. Adjusting to life in a new country is a gradual process. Aside from a wide range of programs geared toward international students, the international advisors are particularly attuned to supporting each student in her/his transition.
