Student Organizations
Student Organizations are vital to creating the vibrant environment of Simmons. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the Simmons community in ways that meet Simmons students' diverse interests and needs. We encourage each student to get involved with at least one organization during her time at Simmons. Students can find out about how to join organizations by attending the organization far in the beginning of the Fall Semester or stopping by the Office of Student Leadership and Activities. Students are encouraged to contact an organization's president for meeting and event days and times. Students should also watch their campus announcements for information about upcoming events or meetings.
Students can get involved in Special Interest Groups and Clubs, Residence Hall Councils, Academic Liaisons, Religious Organizations, and Student Publications. Please use the links on the left to find out about the student organizations and clubs on campus. If you are interested in an organization that is not present, the opportunity is always available for individuals to develop new organizations. The Office of Student Leadership and Activities works closely with these additional programs that offer ways for students to become involved at Simmons.
