Creating a New Organization
- Get a petition with 35 signatures of people that are interested in being the club or seeing this organization's events on campus.
- Find a faculty/staff member to become club's adviser.
- Have an executive board consisting of at least a president, treasurer, and SGA rep.and 3 general body members.
- Write a constitution.
- E-mail sga@simmons.edu to be placed on the agenda for an SGA meeting to present the organization to the Student Senate. Bring all paperwork to SGA meeting and present the proposed club to Student Government. The club needs to be approved by majority of the Senate.
